  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can purchase on our website using any major debit or credit card, & AMEX. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
  • Which currency will I be charged in?

  • What if an item is out of stock?
    If the item you are looking for is out of stock, please send us an email at KencyHairstyle@gmail.com and we will send you restocking availability ASAP.
  • What is the status of my order?
    Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
  • Can I change my order?
    We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship in the United States and Canada.
  • When will I receive my order?
    You should receive your order within 5-7 business days from the ship date in the United States and Canada. For more info, please send us an email KencyHairstyle@gmail.com.
  • What would I do if I never received my order?
    After we ship out your package, you will be provided with a tracking number to follow your order. When ordering, you are given the option to have your package delivered with or without signature request. If you choose to have your package delivered with a signature, someone will need to be at the delivery address at time of delivery to sign for the package. Kency Hairstyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In case you never received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • How long does it take to ship my order?
    Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. We never ship on weekends or holidays. We provide our clients with a verified tracking number so that you may have access to track your package 24/7.
  • How can I track my package?
    Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
  • What’s the return policy?
    Because hair extensions are customized and for sanitation purposes, we DO NOT offer returns. However, if you ordered the wrong color, we offer a 30 days color swap, on packages that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with, and the seal has not been broken. Items must be sent back within 30 days from receipt, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs through the exchange process.
